By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App allows users to book classes and training sessions, manage memberships, and perform payments.
The App is a booking and management tool and does not provide medical, health, or diagnostic advice.
Registration is required to use the App. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must not use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, provide false information, or attempt to damage, overload, or compromise the App.
The Operator may suspend or disable accounts in case of violations.
Prices, membership duration, renewal methods, and refund policies are described in the “Payments & Memberships” section below and/or within the App.
The Operator is not responsible for service interruptions or technical malfunctions.
The Operator is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from physical activity except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
For activity-related aspects, please refer to the Liability Waiver.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malta.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR).
Memberships may have a duration between 1 month and 1 year.
Renewals are manual unless otherwise specified in the App.
Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in the App or required by applicable law.
Payments are handled in accordance with applicable Maltese tax and commercial regulations.

This section summarizes the waiver accepted during registration.
Completion of the waiver is mandatory to use the App and participate in training activities.
You may be required to provide:
You declare whether you have any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect your ability to safely engage in physical activity.
You acknowledge that physical activity involves risks and that participation is voluntary.
You are responsible for consulting a medical professional if you have doubts about your health status.
You agree to inform the trainer of any changes in your health condition.
You acknowledge that trainers do not provide medical advice and release them from liability except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Acceptance of this waiver is recorded digitally (date, time, and user ID).
This waiver is governed by the laws of the Republic of Malta and applies to activities carried out in Malta.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
No-shows without cancellation result in the loss of the session.
Unused sessions are non-refundable.
The trainer may cancel or modify classes due to force majeure or operational reasons.
Users may delete their account at any time by accessing their Profile page, opening Settings, and selecting Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
If the same email address is used to register again in the future, a new account will be created and previous data will not be restored.
